These terms govern the use of Road Noise (“the app”), an internal social media analytics tool operated by ARMIS RV Guardian, LLC (“we”, “us”), and this website, tiktok.armisinsights.com. Our customer website, armisrvguardian.com, has its own terms of use.

Who may use the app

The app may be used only by members of our team and others we authorize. It is not offered to the public. By using it, you agree to these terms.

What the app does

The app reads analytics from social media accounts and websites we own, and publicly available posts and comments about our products and RV tire safety, to produce internal reports. It is read-only: it does not post, comment, like, follow or change anything on any platform.

Connecting accounts

Only accounts owned or managed by ARMIS RV Guardian, LLC may be connected. When you connect an account, you confirm you are authorized to do so on our behalf. Access can be revoked at any time from the app or from the platform's settings.

Third-party platforms

The app uses services provided by TikTok, Google, Meta and others. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Developer Terms. We use each platform's data only as its terms allow.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to collect information for sale, to contact or target individuals, to misuse any platform's data, or in any way that breaks the law or a platform's terms.

Ownership

The app, its reports, and all ARMIS RV Guardian, LLC names, logos, trademarks, patents and content are the property of ARMIS RV Guardian, LLC. Content from third-party platforms remains the property of its owners.

No warranty

The app and its reports are provided “as is”. Statistics come from third-party platforms and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, and we make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARMIS RV Guardian, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Suspension and changes

We may change, suspend or stop the app, or remove anyone's access, at any time. We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction in Guadalupe County, Texas.
